Job Description

Prologue is partnering with an award-winning Salesforce consulting firm specializing in the Nonprofit ecosystem seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant. Candidates should have hands-on expertise with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or NPSP, along with experience leading client-facing implementations from requirements gathering through solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, ideally within consulting or professional services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or NPSP.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce implementations for Nonprofit organizations.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Marketing Cloud, integrations, or other Salesforce products is a strong plus.

Daily Tasks

• Collaborate directly with Nonprofit clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate organizational needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement tailored Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations, and solutions utilizing Nonprofit Cloud and/or NPSP.
• Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing strategic guidance and best practices to clients.
• Lead client workshops, solution design sessions, demonstrations, and end-user training.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization to ensure system functionality and successful client adoption.
• Partner with technical and functional team members to deliver complex Salesforce implementations on time and aligned with client objectives.

Compensation

• Competitive salary range: $110,000–$135,000 annually, depending on experience.
