Vegetable Korma
Step 1: Boil vegetables (green peas, carrots, cauliflower and peeled/soaked potatoes)
Step 2: Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Cardamom, Cumin, Red Pepper, Cinnamon Stick 1, Turmeric (grind)
Step 3: Add Coconut, ginger+garlic paste, coriander, cashews, tomatoes, water to this mix (paste)
Step 4: Add oil to frying pan. Add this paste, add a bit water. Bring to boil
Step 5: add boiled vegetables and cook on simmer
Step 6: Optional: Add fried onions in the end
Fish Pulusu
Ingredients: Onions, Green Chillies, tomatoes, Fish, Tamarind, Turmeric, Corriander Powder, Salt, Red Chilli powder, cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves, corriander
Fry 1 big onion or 2 small onions along with green chilies, curry leaves, cumin and mustard seeds, black gram
Add tomatoes and fry them
Add tamarind juice or pulp, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, corriander powder, asofotoda powder, a little bit of sugar or jaggery
Cut fish into pieces and add them to this mix.
Simmer until fish is well cooked
Add corriander leaves in the end
