Job Summary:
As a Senior Living Cook at Grand Villa Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents by providing exceptional culinary services. Reporting to the Dietary Manager, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of nutritious and appetizing meals, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines, ensuring excellent presentation and taste
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Manage food inventory, ordering supplies and controlling waste, to ensure efficient operations
Collaborate with the Dietary Manager and other kitchen staff to develop menus and plan meals
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, responding to their dietary needs and preferences
Participate in menu planning, budgeting, and inventory control, as needed

Requirements:
