Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Operations Manager
\nLocation : Durham, NC 27713 (Hybrid)
\nDuration : 6+ Months
\nPay Rate : $90-100/HR On W2 (No Benefits)
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\nSalesforce Platform Operations
\nManage platform enhancement requests, prioritization, and release planning.
\nCoordinate configuration changes and solution delivery with internal and technical teams.
\nEnsure platform reliability, scalability, security, and user adoption.
\nMonitor and improve data quality, integrity, and governance processes.
\n \nCRM & Marketing Technology Leadership:
\nSupport Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations.
\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
\nManage campaign execution governance and operational processes.
\nDrive continuous improvement across marketing automation and customer engagement workflows. Support customer lifecycle, donor engagement, and retention initiatives.
\n \nStakeholder & Vendor Management:
\nServe as primary liaison between business teams and Salesforce delivery resources (IT Unit).
\nFacilitate intake, prioritization, and communication of business requests.
\nManage external partners, consultants, and technology vendors.
\nCoordinate delivery activities with implementation and support teams.
\nEnsure projects remain aligned to business objectives and timelines.
\n \nRoadmap & Project Management:
\nMaintain and communicate the Salesforce enhancement roadmap.
\nTrack project status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
\nLead release planning, testing coordination, and user acceptance activities.
\nDevelop recommendations for future platform investments and capabilities.
\n \nReporting & Analytics
\nDevelop executive-level reporting and governance dashboards.
\nMonitor campaign, journey and utilization metrics.
\nProvide visibility into operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
\nSupport business decision-making through data-driven insights.
\n \nDocumentation & Process Improvement
\nEstablish and maintain Salesforce governance documentation.
\nDocument business processes and operational workflows.
\nCreate scalable operating procedures and best practices.
\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
\n \nRequired Qualifications
\n15+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
\n10+ years managing Salesforce operations, CRM programs, or platform governance.
\nExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
\nStrong understanding of Salesforce administration and platform capabilities.
\nExperience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
\nDemonstrated project management and business process improvement experience.
\nExcellent communication and executive presentation skills.
\n \nPreferred Qualifications
\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
\nExperience supporting customer lifecycle marketing programs.
\nData governance and analytics experience.
\nSalesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or equivalent).
\nExperience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, or customer data initiatives.
\nHealthcare, life sciences, donor engagement, or regulated industry experience.
