\nPro Vita Fitness is an independent gym in Nashville's Germantown neighborhood. Our members come to us for coached training that builds real strength, conditioning, and habits that last. We're a small team, which means our trainers know members by name and have a direct hand in how the gym runs. The most important part of our gym is the community. The lifelong friendships built in Pro Vita are a huge reason why members stick with training for the long-term. Our trainers are a core part of supporting the culture and energy that enables our community.
\n \nThe role
\nWe're hiring a personal trainer who can build a book of clients and keep them. The role starts as part-time but will quickly grow to full-time as your client list grows. You'll assess new clients, write individualized programs, coach sessions on the floor, and track progress over time. You'll also have the chance to coach group strength and conditioning classes.
