Crowne Health Care of Thomasville is currently accepting applications for a Med Cart Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse ( RN ) within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care. Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN License or Temporary PN License, or RN License
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Essential Job Functions

• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Complete computerized documentation and resident assessments
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate parties
• Order medications through the pharmacy
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Perform wound care as ordered
• Collect and process laboratory specimens
• Deliver high-quality nursing care while maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations
